Problem Printing Out Itinerary & Receipt

I recently booked an AA Award trip, and waited until the status changed to Ticketed before trying to print out the Itinerary & Receipt. For the past 4 days, every time I click on the "Print Itinerary & Receipt" button, I get a pop-up that says "System Error. This feature is currently unavailable." I have three other itineraries booked (one of which is an award ticket), and I'm able to print out all of those.

I called Customer Service the other day and the rep replicated on her computer the same steps to print out the itinerary. She got the same result (System Error), so said she'd put a notice through to the tech department that there was a problem. Afterward, she had me go to the Refunds page and showed me how to get my ticket numbers that way.

So, I have the ticket numbers written down, but can't get an official-looking itinerary with barcode and ticket numbers. Are the hand-written ticket numbers sufficient in case a problem comes up, or should I keep trying to get the official print-out?

Also, any idea why one itinerary would refuse to print out when all the others have no problem? Should I be concerned?
