I used to dine at the Turtle Creek location in Dallas >3 times week with my lawyer when I was doing Atkins and being sued in the late 90's (the litigation alone was a great weight loss mechanism, FYI). I enjoy meat. I enjoy skewers. It is a good combination.

I have noticed, however, over the last 5 years that they seem to have lost some of their attention to detail and service standards have slipped a bit. This is especially true at the secondary locations they opened throughout the country over the last decade. That said it is still an outstanding meal for a carnivore.

They generally are a bit cheaper than Fogo de Chao and have a better bar IMHO.
