The purified water sink is a really nice detail and the "Low Tech" kit (consisting of pencil, eraser & ruler) is also a good one.
While I can only second all the praises for PH Istanbul, I still prefer to have my Menemen and Turkish Coffee at PH Dubai.
Btw., the GH Istanbul is also great (awesome lounge, excellent Diamond treatment) and in walking distance of the Park Hyatt - due to their completely different concepts you can't compare the two hotels though.
