If my BP says "Premier Access", I should be able to use the PA lanes at ticketing, security and boarding and customer service - that's the benefit that's advertised. End of story. My BP says "Premier Access" but apparently I'm only
supposed to use it for Premier Access boarding only, since my benefit comes from being a MileagePlus Explorer card holder.
