The only change I'd make to the above is to get enough miles in the AS program for an award of some kind - no sense letting 4000 miles go to waste. 15,000 miles is enough for an upgrade or intrastate (AK) award and 1 round trip from FLL to the north slope would get something like 10,000 miles.
You can also use AS miles for awards on AA, DL and other carriers (but not US) so you might look at their program to see if you'd want to credit miles to AS when you fly on DL or AA but you wouldn't get the benefits of status on those carriers and upgrades seems to be important to you.
Depending on how many miles you'll be flying per year, you might want to concentrate on 2 programs after getting enough miles in AS, AA, and DL to get an award. I'd probably pick US and one of the others to the extent possible (DL or AS most likely). DL primarily because of their service to FAI during the summer - if you're going for enough miles for status/free upgrades you might as well get that upgrade to a point as far north as possible. AS because of the AK intrastate upgrades.
