Yes, pax who bought a Latitude fare get a free item from the BOB menu, IIRC there´s a note on the boarding pass that you´re entitled to a $8 (give or take a buck), or he may have pre-purchased a meal.

Can´t think of any unofficial SEs perks (at least none that are consistently applied), sure a few agents have bent the rules occasionally which I greatly appreciated (like not charging me change fees, being somewhat flexible when I needed to change the routing midway etc.), but nothing one should start to expect.
