The app has a lot of bling which i'm not a fan of. i just want functionality first. the startup page might be nice the first time, but i'd rather just get into the app those five seconds sooner than watching an animated splash screen.

navigation is not consistent. buttons are different throughout and in different places on the screen depending on where you are. it can be learned but that's not intuitive.

another detail is that when you're on the benefits page, there is no indication that gold and platinum require swiping towards the left. i found that by chance.
