Never had a bad meal at Texas de Brazil. Service and food does vary from location to location, and I do prefer some locations to others, that statement applies to all chain restaurants. There isn't a location near where I reside, when travelling if there is a Texas de Brazil in the city I will usually make it a point of having a meal there. Go hungry, and be prepared to eat meat and lots of it.

Funny that this post comes up, just yesterday I was telling somebody who has never been to TX and will visit next month to go to Texas de Brazil.
