Hi..... colleague is at Seattle office for a month and wants to do a trip to Vancouver.....I suggested Amtrak since he often takes train from our Metropark, NJ HQ...... he asks whether longer train-time vs. car-driving-time is made up by less time in border-crossing formalities on the train?

Any current advice? thanks!
