I also noticed a similar change at the C2 customer service center in EWR on my outbound. So when did "Premier Access" get amended to "...except for Silvers"?
I'm a Silver and was traveling on the March 3rd weekend -- all of my boarding passes printed out in boarding group 6 (i.e., not priority), but I just went to the counter and ask the rep and they were able to print me out a new boarding pass in group 4. It seemed like just a computer change-over issue, not an actual policy change.
