Keeping this brief, since I'm waiting for UA1523 AUS-EWR to board, but I noticed as I checked in earlier that the PA signage at the ticket counter in AUS specifically excludes Silvers. When I asked the agent at the desk about this, she seemed surprised.

I also noticed a similar change at the C2 customer service center in EWR on my outbound. So when did "Premier Access" get amended to "...except for Silvers"?
