Context is everything: I had a major issue with BA/IB/LA last October - BA responded twice within 10 days addressing the issue more than adequately (they were the least responsible party). 5 months to the day of the intial letter - yesterday - IB have come back with such a poor response, that I'm now incensed at how poor it is (would rather have continued to receive no response) and will be escalating it.
In that case, BA were excellent at dealing with the complaint.
