Why is seat row 20 AB/HJ on 763 considered Preferred Plus?
Based on the information from Seatguru, seat 20A/B/H/J are bad seats. If that's the case, why is AA selling name as Preferred Plus? Can someone please share thought on these seats, if they are supposedly preferred plus?
