So what? If anything, I would expect a larger company to have proper working processes for compliance with legal obligations even more so than a small outfit. There are many things that BA gets right but when it comes to compliance with Reg 261/2004 obligation, BA too often behaves in an unprofessional, cowboy outfit manner, hoping to deprive individuals of their rights by attrition through dragging its feet. The fact that it is not the only airline to do so is no excuse whatsoever.
