I would highly recommend-
Fly into Bozeman, it is the first stop for flights that service several airports in that area. Plus it is a beautiful drive up the Gallatin Valley, it follows the Gallatin River most of the way. You will pass the Big Sky Ski area if you feel like stopping. About 5 miles or so past the Big Sky entrance is a famous bar/restaurant, The Corral. Stop in and grab something to eat, It is a nice place, rustic and authentic, and a favorite of locals and informed visitors as well.
The drive shouldn't take more than about 1.5 hrs. I would rather drive it and see the scenery than fly this last leg of the trip. Keep an eye out for wildlife in the fields on the drive up. Especially for big horn sheep on the cliffs at the entrance to Big Sky. Just before entering the valley Ted Turner's ranch usually has a deer grazing depending on your time of arrival. Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy wonderful scenery.
