Spring forward to Sun destinations
This spring, Air Canada will relax the fare eligibility rules of its eUpgrade program. Super Elite® members can now standby for an upgrade on the day of travel on eligible flights booked as part of an Air Canada Vacations package.

The promotion will apply as follows:

Eligible request period:
March 6 – April 15, 2012
Eligible destinations:
Direct flights booked as part of an Air Canada Vacations package between Canada and eligible Sun destinations*
Eligible fares and number of eUpgrade Credits required:

Note that for any connecting flights within Canada or between Canada and the U.S. booked on the same reservation, regular published eUpgrade eligibility rules will apply. For example, if you are travelling from Calgary to Aruba with a connection in Toronto, the published eUpgrade eligibility rules will apply to the Calgary – Toronto flight, and the promotional eligibility rules will apply to the Toronto – Aruba flight.

Super Elite members may request their upgrade 24 hours prior to flight departure as they check in, either online or with an agent. Upgrades will be granted on a standby and space-availability basis at the departure station.

This offer is valid for upgrade requests made between March 6 – April 15, 2012 inclusively, and does not apply to any requests made outside that date range, or on any other Air Canada eUpgrade markets. For any upgrade requests or changes made to a reservation outside this date range, regular published eUpgrade eligibility will apply.

*Offer is valid on flights booked as part of an Air Canada Vacations package (G, N, E booking class) between Canada and Antigua, Aruba, Barbuda, Bahamas, Cuba, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Turks & Caicos and U.S. Virgin Islands. Flights departing from the following cities are not eligible for the promotion: Cayo Coco, Cayo Largo del Sur, Ciego de Avila, Holguin, Santa Clara and Varadero.
