does annyone knows when the GH Kuala Lumpur will open? On the web site it says mid 2012. should i worry about delays?

I will be spending two weeks over there in november and keeping my finger crossed it will be opened by then, otherwise my diamond requal might be somewhat harder... and would like to start planning for it asap.
