I have almost the exact same issue. I have an old MP Select visa. The statement closed on 3/3. Still as of today (3/9) no miles from that statement are showing up in my MP account. I sent a SM to Chase about this. They said that the MP # tied to my card had already been switched over and that the miles from the statement were sent to United on 3/3. They gave me the number that the card was switched to and it is the correct one. As far as the 3/3 miles from the statement I guess I just wait a while and see if United catches up. They are behind on everything else it seems like.

Similar deal on the MP Dining miles. I had miles post under the old United # on 3/6. These used to post the same day for me to my United account. As of today I still show nothing from these.

In both cases I am fairly confident that the posting process is just really slow. I thought I would share in case others are in a similar situation.
