On another note, I called yesterday to chase the bonus (I still only have the base Avios) and was passed from pillar to post. The final person I spoke to logged it as a formal complaint and I had a call in the evening from the senior complaints handler (?) that was dealing with it and he said he would call back on Tuesday with an update. If/when he calls today I'll raise the question of the bonus end date.
