I booked through a travel website (Orbitz) because I wasn't able to do so on the airline's own site.
I don't think my name is the issue. My choices for identifying my booking are:
Contact Tel OR ID number
then
Order No OR Ticket No
Maybe I need spaces in my phone number. I am guessing that my ID number is my passport number (though I have tried my Flying Blue number too) and I have tried the reservation code in the "Order No" box, but that didn't seem to work either. In any of these combinations, I hav enot been able to retrieve my booking.
