One question which I am curious about is whether Apple has overcome the CDMA glitch that it has with the iPhone 4s. It looks like I won't be able to immediately ditch my Samsung Hotspot device (see above). If I go with the Verizon unlocked model and shove a roaming SIM in the microsim slot as a backup, will the device work on it when a CDMA network is present? what about if a Verizon network is present? As some of the SIMs have started to roll out reasonable rates in the US and elsewhere, I could see myself deciding to use it for a one off download in the US when I didn't have the MiFi or when I was in nearby Canada.
