Sweetness as there is as yet no such word as "snooty-ness" I shouldn't worry about it. Their snootiness is of course legendary, second only to Cabin Crew in general and CSDs in particular.

Actually I loved the Lounge - except that I couldn't find anything to start with as every sign seems to be stuck in the air. No one was snooty or snotty with me
