I just used the swimming pool & steam room of the spa (no treatment) and wasn't that impressed, there's nothing special and obviously not in the same league as the spa at Lime Wood.

Overall Coworth Park has very good hardware (although not great soundproofing as vuittonsofstyle said - we got woken up in the night by footsteps) and they really put a lot of effort into making it all about the polo theme. The hotel park/polo field is large and the gardens must be beautiful in summer

However, service was appalling, and yes you heard me, appalling (the staff are friendly but that's about it - serious lack of professional training at almost all levels).

Just a couple of examples
* Room wasn't made by 4pm (even though make-up room sign was put up)
* Reception ordered us a cab and told us they will charge it to the room - cab driver didn't know about it (thank god we had some cash on us)
* Moved me to a different room after I wasn't pleased with the first one. Then they took away the fruit basket from the new room since apparently that was not for me
* Concierge didn't know about the Waterside Inn restaurant
* etc etc. (wrong bills ++)

If you go to Coworth I can recommend combining it with a lunch/dinner at Fat Duck or Waterside Inn which are 20-30mins drive from the hotel.
