But in a few days I have an AA domestic trip. I wonder if I will be allowed to use AA First lounge in ORD just with my BP (it should reflect my emerald status)? Will printing my BAEC account page that shows me being gold help?

Any advice is appreciated.
My experience has been positive recently at ORD, ATL and MIA. They've not requested the physical card but just went by the status printed on my boarding pass. In theory I think they could enforce the requirement to see it but I think you'd be pretty unlucky. You might want to call the Exec Club and ask them to email you confirmation from the Gold-level manager that says your card has been delayed.

I'd wager that you'd be OK though.
