we ordered some tea & it was brought up to the room by the butler....my wife wanted some items to be given for laundry & our butler took care of that....as a plat, i had free laundry for 5 items....
Did the butler introduce themselves to you or explain their services when you arrived? or did you just take the initiative to call them when needed? I have yet to encounter a butler during my St R stay, but maybe because I didn't request any butler-type service.
