I have flown JFK-EZE and back in F at least 3 times in the past 3 years (most recently in Jan) and MIA-EZE twice and do not remember ever seeing the beverage cart in F. Same goes for F flights to LHR & NRT. I think it is a service issue where they do not bring out the beverage cart in F and instead hand-run the drinks on those silver round serving trays. I have always been served as much Malbec as I wanted as well as port with my hot fudge & dulce de leche sundae, even though on the times they brought out the dessert cart as opposed to making it in the galley, it wasn't on the cart. On a JFK-NRT flight in F, I asked what the Chase's choice wine was and the purser brought the bottle back for me to see it and offered me a taste. I do see the carts on the 763 in J.

If someone can give me an appropriate AA contact (here or via PM) I certainly will do so. I am sure that this is not the first (or last time) that completely indifferent FA behavior will occur in the first class cabin. If the flight attendants don't care, perhaps AA management will.
Your best bet to contact AA will be to go on aa.com and click contact aa -> customer relations -> compliment/complaint/comment.
