That makes a lot more sense. I should have thought whether the PEK flight orignated somewhere else before Singapore. I suppose a JQ flight from Australia to New Zealand (via SIN) is a lot less logical, clearly 3K's license allows it to do this one (albeit with JQ's aircraft).
