Judging from the responses, that would be a no go.
I'd echo that, for the following reasons:
1) agree with
trooper - you were not a witness to inappropriate behavior and what you know of the incident is hearsay;
2) adults are involved, not children - my view would change dramatically if I found, say, an Unaccompanied Minor in distress on the plane.
USFlyer26, I commend you for your caring attitude and wanting to do what's right. Sometimes, doing what's right is simply a shoulder to cry on, a sounding board, but no more than that - the victim herself has to take the lead and report the transgression.
