I'm sorry but I don't think you should have reported this incident to US Airways. You should have encouraged the FA to make a report and let her know society is on her side that she shouldn't have to accept this behavior in the workplace.

But you don't know the whole story.. Maybe they were dating... maybe they already handled the problem. You could have accidentally made this situation alot worse for both people involved.

Sexual harassment is never something that any company should tolerate..
