I am assuming the OP read her body language before inquiring. She also said she stopped her and then asked how she was doing.

If I see a woman in distress and ask her if she is ok, I don't give a "care" if I am the customer and she is the employee. Sometimes it is about what is doing right.

There is a big difference between "misbehavior" and sexual harassment.

And yes, I realize there are two sides to every story.
