SAT-JFK a few weekends ago: Flight leader introduced herself to all GM and above who didn't get upgraded and offered free drinks during the 2nd of 2 services that morning. She personally delivered those who took her up on her offer the drinks in glassware. Why shouldn't she score reward points? Why is this unfair to you? Obviously if she was worried about being "caught" she wouldn't have done it.
+1 I also see nothing wrong with it. The crew is showing their appreciation to their best customers. Providing the FA is doing it for all sky priority customers, I also dont see a problem with it
