Nope. The foreign national FAs are permitted on certain flights between MIA and South America. They are not permitted on any flights to/from JFK or DFW.

My mistake: Orlando Vic was flying EZE-JFK, but that does not really matter - the flight attendants were nAAtive APFA members, not EZE-based foreign nationals.
That was my thought, I was still thinking it didn't make sense how I had it, because if it had to be APFA out of JFK, it would make no sense to not have APFA crews the other way. You'd be deadheading a lot of FAs otherwise, which would cost AA a lot in terms of seats that couldn't be sold. Thanks for the clarification.
