I doubt your flights to JFK or DFW featured any foreign national crews; if they had, APFA would have been all over it with a grievance. The contract simply does not permit it.

Nope. The foreign national FAs are permitted on certain flights between MIA and South America. They are not permitted on any flights to/from JFK or DFW.

My mistake: Orlando Vic was flying EZE-JFK, but that does not really matter - the flight attendants were nAAtive APFA members, not EZE-based foreign nationals.
