What are the zones now? Back to front?

They should try to get Shares to use the Steffen method!

I feel for you and your fellow GA's Fastair.

And contrary to what some seem to think, I believe that 98% of the PMUA crowd on here knows this has NOTHING to do with PMUA front-line employees who are just as bad (or worse) off than us PMUA flyers. The only difference is that I get to deal with the new UA crap about once a week, and you deal with it 5 days a week!
On the Shares part, obviously the software needs to be able to handle the boarding process if it's going to give out zones. And on the next part,

Get over it already! CO employees weren't perfect. CO had some great employees. UA employees weren't perfect. UA has some great employees. Both had some great practices. Both had bad practices.
