Only the 6-day London pass with travel option is valid at peak time. The shorter period passes are not. For this purpose peak time is before 9:30am Monday-Friday excluding national holidays.

For your reference, a one-day off-peak Travelcard for zones 1-4 is £7.70 (children under 16 £3.20).
