When I moved here I was looking forward to doing a lot more travelling with SQ. After all I was relocating to the home hub of an airline that is admired by its peers. My business was theirs to lose, which they did thanks to outrageous pricing and "the service that even other airlines talk about". My family do indeed talk about it but we would prefer not to have experienced it.
