Customer Service is trying to tell that they can't see a waitlist - for my res booked pre 3/3 - for my intl flight,

And even if they could, they wouldn't be able to tell me if my waitless priort status was CO Plat pre 3/3 or 1K now.

Does anyone know how to determine this?
