Just checked into the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur. As a platinum member I received an upgrade to a one bedroom Renaissance suite with club floor access. Food amenity (deep fried prawn crackers) was in room waiting which had obviously been sitting there for a very long time as it was stale and inedible.
Doesn't seem to be much interest in this hotel on the board but I will provide more feedback at the end of my stay.
