Hi--apologies if this post is in the wrong place; have seen a few pictures of the Air France Affaires class seats--looks like the foot rest for seats is in the back of the seat immediately in front of you. How does this work for the first row of the Affaires seats---is there a separate foot rest? Also, similar question for the tv screens--in rows 2-last, the screen appears to be built into the back of the seat in front of you. What about in row 1?
