Its a hit and miss. A week ago, I made a seemleas booking online. This week, I tried 3 different credit cards on a booking and i wasn't able to get it done. I then called the e-service desk and they gave me a runaround to call another number regarding credit card issues.
After .....ing about it, they reluctantly agreed to book for me manually. The service from that point was excellent. I was on the phone for about 45 mins. 4 hours later, i got an email Confirmation.
