I'm also looking at probably a nine-day trip... we were thinking 3 days Tokyo, 3 days Kyoto, 3 days Seoul... or something kind of like that. Adding 1 day for HKG was worth it if the routing worked, but we can't really spare any more time, and we only will have about 105-110K AA miles/each.
