Picky, picky: complimentary/complementary
I received a booking confirmation for an upcoming mini-RTW in F and J so baggage allowance is not an issue but I noticed on the 9 page pdf document an interesting mix of complimentary/complementary for describing baggage allowances. In text the word "complimentary" is used correctly to indicate a 'no extra charge' bag ('Free' is sort of misleading I think .....) but in the baggage allowance tables the word "complementary" is used repeatedly.
I shudder to think of not being able board a flight because my two bags don't match and therefore don't complement each other.
Okay, I know, get a life ..........
