In support, until your case is resolved, I'm switching my TATL travel to Virgin. If BA wants to attempt to use their size to screw their customers, publicize your case and get support
Two things: The OP hasn't specified what rule he is accused of breaking; secondly, you won't have much choice of who to travel with if you decide you want to avoid an airline that doesn't have rules regarding taking all sectors in an issued ticket in the order they are ticketed. I'm pretty sure that Virgin have the same practises in regard to nested tickets for example.
