I am sure this is a question often asked, but I wanted to ask FTers for their opinion. I renewed my US Airways CC this year, but am yet to receive the welcome packet they send out every year with the companion pass, etc. So I called Barclays, and they told me the packets were mailed out on the 31st of Jan, so obviously mine has gone missing. I asked Barclays to send a replacement, and they said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. My question is, how trustworthy is Barclays, and will they actually send me a replacement welcome packet? I am sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
