Hi

My wife got food poisoning on a flight to orlando last November after eating the inflight meal. All in all she was ill for 4 days and ended up at the local hospital to get a specific diagnosis and some meds to help.

We complained in an email with attached documents from the hospital the week we got back and have been waiting till today for a response when i finally got hold of someone by phone i was told as she was the only one who complained she was sick because of the food they have dismissed the complaint.

They are good at taking our hard earned money but not to quick to respond to complaints.

Needless i have asked for a copy of the report and would like to take this further has anyone got ant advice.
