Actually, there is "Premium Affaires", it's the name AF uses for it's short/medium-haul, intra-European "business" class (aka blocked middle seat and a "meal").

I would also not equate Premium Voyageur and Economy Comfort, as Economy Comfort is the standard Y seat with more leg room and recline, while Premium Voyageur is a completely different seat.

Huh? Barring an op-up, you're not going to get AF's PV product for free on an economy ticket. Further, Economy Comfort should be free on KL for PMs and DMs, although this is a bit hit or miss, unfortunately.

How full were these flights? Sounds like they might have been op-ups. You're sure they were PV seats (shell seats that slide to recline) and not just "seat plus" economy seats with more legroom?
