The CO philosophy of using a scheduled advantage to compete for their customer base with relative disregard to loyalty enticements might have worked for IAH/EWR/CLE but I am very doubtful it can be scaled up to the UA network...as much as certain myopic executives might wish it.
There's nothing wrong with trying to monitize the F cabin, but UA is creating a real storm by doing in the PMCO manner and I hope they reconsider their decision before they material impact the goodwill of their (best) customers.
