If he doesn't check in and out more than once then it's only 2k plus whatever adders he can find for the stay on top of the accelerator.
Each "new" reservation may bump up by that amount again.
It's a matter of whether he can be bothered to possibly change rooms.
Moving over to another IC/Hinn/CP in Kingdom perhaps for the weekend a couple of times would help in the recertification of RA (probably then only need 10 Hinn/HiEx/CP's or so).
Not sure the free minibar perk would be that exciting in Jeddah.
A / RA is worth the effort purely for the upgrades for a stay that length.
