Some hotels just don't get it. I liked a lot of the Hilton properties in Thailand, but not a single one had a comfortable bed. Not the Conrad, Hilton, not in BKK, not in Phuket. I haven't stayed there in years because of this.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Baruna Bali on their $10 a night special. They had a nice King Koil mattress that was the best I can recall in many years.
