It wasn't so much her words, but the way she said them and her tone of voice. I worked in customer service and learned that even if the customer seems like a idiot, treat him with respect because you are the reflection of the company. She was rude enough that the gentleman sitting next to me reported her behavior to the CSM. I was rather reluctant and didn't want to get anyone in trouble. In fairness to the FA, after presumably she and the CSM talked, for the rest of the trip she couldn't be more pleasant or helpful.

As for fun, my favorite would have to be the ValueJet(remember them?) FAs or the old Southwest crews, who told awful jokes and one time actually sang the instructions...Though nowadays, that's changed.
